This Privacy Policy is designed to be comprehensive and legally robust while remaining accessible. It uses a "Privacy by Design" framework, which protects the user by focusing on the absence of data collection rather than technical specifications of on-device processing.

This Privacy Policy applies to the "Lab" suite of creative tools, including CollageLab, ContentLab, MergeLab, WatermarkLab, and Resize+Convert (collectively, "the Applications").

At the core of our philosophy is a simple principle: Your creative work is your own. We believe that professional integrity requires absolute privacy. This policy outlines our commitment to your data security and explains why we do not—and cannot—access your content.

01 / Sovereignty

1. Data Sovereignty and Personal Content

The Applications are designed to function as local productivity tools.

User Content: We do not collect, monitor, or store the images, PDFs, text, or brand assets you process within the Applications. Your "User Content" remains exclusively under your control.
No Cloud Storage: We do not provide cloud storage for your files. Therefore, we do not have "access" to your intellectual property or sensitive business documents.
02 / Non-Collection

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike traditional software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, our business model does not rely on data mining.

No Identity Tracking: We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the core functionality of the Applications.
No Behavioral Analytics: We do not track your creative choices, your client names, or your workflow patterns.
No Asset Transmission: Your source files and finalized exports are never transmitted to our servers for processing or analysis.
03 / Integrity

3. Data Security and Enterprise Integrity

Because your data never leaves your environment during the use of our Applications, the risk of a centralized data breach is eliminated.

Security Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of the hardware upon which the Applications are installed.
MergeLab & Legal Documentation: Note that because we never ingest your data, we cannot fulfill "Data Subject Access Requests" regarding your files, as we do not possess them.
04 / Logic

4. Permissions

The Applications may request system permissions necessary to perform their functions (e.g., access to your file system or photo library).

These permissions are used strictly to allow the Application to "see" the file you wish to edit and "write" the saved version to your chosen location. Granting these permissions does not grant us any right or technical ability to view those files.

05 / Third-Party

5. Third-Party Services

If you purchased these Applications through a third-party store, that platform may collect transaction data as governed by their own privacy policies. We do not receive your credit card information or physical address from these platforms.

06 / Compliance

6. Compliance with Laws

We will comply with the law if required. However, because we do not collect or store your files, we cannot provide your creative content to law enforcement or government agencies even if requested, as it is not in our possession.

7. Changes to This Policy

The "No-Collection" standard remains the foundation of our creative software. Significant changes will be noted within the Application interface.
